Another set of masters' copies from Ingres, Rubens, and Rembrandt and two sketches of sculptures, one by Erastus Dow Palmer and the other by Hans Schuller.

Copies

These are four masters' copies from my Drawing from The Masters class. One is a line study of a Uglow painting, one is a tonal study of a work by Boucher, another is a line study of Raphael Sanzio's study of Michelangelo's David and the fourth is a tonal study of a painting by an artist that I actually cannot identify, so if anyone knows who it is, I'd love to know.

These two works I did in EMAC last year. They were both made using photoshop.

Blind

The above drawings are blind contours, meaning I did not look at the paper as I drew, only the subject, and they are all one continuous line. The drawings below are also contours but the are not blind.

Bag Abstraction

This is a charcoal triptych for an assignment from drawing where we instructed to abstract an object by magnifying it.

Shoes

Here are two drawings I did last year. The assignments were to do drawings using an object of our choice. We did a lot of sketches and drawings using this same object. These are the two largest of those drawings. For the object I chose a pair of shoes I got at a vintage store.
